User Agreement

Welcome to SeedreamsCo. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) explain how you can use our website and games. By accessing or using our services in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

SeedreamsCo provides a collection of casual, puzzle, and match‑3 games that you can play for fun through this website and related services (together, the “Service”).

2. Eligibility

1. You must be at least the age allowed to play online games in your country. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your region), you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the right and capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Changes to these Terms

1. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service or for legal or security reasons.
2. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the Service.

4. Your account and security

1. You are responsible for keeping your login details (such as passwords or third‑party login credentials) secret and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. You agree not to share your account, sell or transfer it to any other person, or use another person’s account without permission.

5. Permitted use of the Service

1. You may use the Service only for personal, non‑commercial entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. You agree that you will not:
   1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service except where this is permitted by mandatory law.
   2. Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third‑party tools that interfere with or modify the Service or gameplay.
   3. Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm other people, or to post or share content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, or infringing.
   4. Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other content designed to damage or disrupt systems, data, or the Service.
   5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, servers, systems, or networks related to the Service.

6. Virtual items, points, and paid features

1. From time to time, we may offer in‑game points, virtual items, or paid features (collectively, “Virtual Items”). The availability, pricing, and functionality of Virtual Items may change at any time.
2. Unless required by law, Virtual Items have no real‑world monetary value, are non‑refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
3. We may modify, suspend, or remove Virtual Items or game features as part of updates, balancing, or other product changes.

7. User content

1. Some parts of the Service may allow you to submit, upload, or share content such as text, images, or other materials (“User Content”).
2. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant SeedreamsCo a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
3. You are responsible for the User Content you share and you confirm that you have all rights necessary to grant the license described above.
4. We may remove or disable access to User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, the rights of others, or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

1. All rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to the games, software, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by SeedreamsCo or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred or licensed to you.
3. You may not use the SeedreamsCo name, logo, or other brand elements without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

We care about your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully, as it forms part of these Terms.

10. Service availability and changes

1. We aim to keep the Service available and enjoyable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
2. We may change, update, or temporarily or permanently suspend parts of the Service (for example, for maintenance, security, or feature improvements) without prior notice, where this is reasonable.
3. We are not responsible for any delay, failure, or unavailability caused by factors outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages, power failures, or events of force majeure.

11. Termination

1. You may stop using the Service at any time. If you wish to delete your account (if applicable), please follow the instructions in the Service or contact us via the channels described in the Privacy Policy.
2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have seriously or repeatedly violated these Terms, used the Service in an illegal or harmful way, or created risk or possible legal exposure for us or others.
3. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately, and you may lose access to your account, Virtual Items, and User Content stored in the Service, except where we are required by law to retain or provide it.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SeedreamsCo and our affiliates, partners, and licensors will not be liable for:
   1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
   2. Any loss of profits, data, reputation, or other intangible losses,
   arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
3. Where our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) to use the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing law and disputes

1. Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service will be governed by the laws of the country or region where SeedreamsCo is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
2. Where required by law, you may have additional consumer rights, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
3. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where SeedreamsCo is headquartered, unless a different forum is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Other important terms

1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
3. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
